Our Journey: From Founding to Today
Since its founding in 2010, ondeso has been guided and built by co-founders Rolf-Dieter Metka and Martin Stemplinger with a clear visionary focus. In 2012, ondeso was awarded 1st place as “IKT-Gründung des Jahres” (ICT Start-Up of the Year) by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Technology (BMWi).
Peter Lukesch joined the management team at the beginning of 2019.
As part of a strategic development, ondeso has been a member of the Everfield Group since November 2024. Everfield is an experienced long-term investor and partner for European B2B software companies. In this transition, the previous CEO, Rolf-Dieter Metka, passed his role to Peter Lukesch, while CTO Martin Stemplinger continues to lead the technical operations as before.
